Prices of items on the website are subject to change. Full payment, including P&P, is required with all orders.

All prices include UK VAT and we reserve the right to increase prices if the standard VAT rate should increase.

There is no minimum order amount and payment is by Credit or Debit card.

The checkout will show two options for payments - "Square" - which is who we use for charging Cards and "Phone your card details after you order".

If you choose "Square" your card will be charged straight away. If you choose "Phone your card details after you order" your card will not be charged until the day your parcel is due to be posted out, assuming you have called us. See details below Card Payment Telephone Line

You can also order via our main website (www.craft-kits.co.uk) if you wish. That version of our website takes card details online at time of order. If you order via that website we will not charge your card until the day your parcel is posted out.

Entries on your statement will show as CRAFT KITS. A Visa Receipt will be emailed to the email address you put in the checkout so please do double check that email is correct during checkout. It does not contain your full card details and you can click a link on that email to feedback about your order.

Payment Methods

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards.

We are sorry but we do not accept PayPal, Irish Laser Cards, Cheques, Cash, Money Orders, BACS, Bank Drafts or Postal Orders. We are unable to accept orders 'On Account'.

Payment for all goods and postage must be made before your parcel can be posted - we cannot accept Invoice Paid Orders from Council establishments.

We are unable to accept Telephone, emailed or Posted orders. Card details can be phoned through during the times shown above if you chose that option during checkout - please do not leave your card details on our answering service, please do not email your card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Customer Services

If you have any queries or complaints regarding our products or services please contact us by filling in the Contact Form. We will send an acknowledgement within 1 working days and strive to resolve any problems within 3 working days. These times may be extended during certain times.

Cancellation Policy & Returns Procedure

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR) allow you a cooling off period if you are not re-selling the goods. This means you have the right to cancel your whole order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods without giving a reason. You must contact us by filling in the Contact Form first. No returns can be accepted without prior contact as you will need a Return code.

All goods must be returned to us in an un-opened, unused and re-sellable condition within 14 days of receipt at your own cost with the Return Code on the outside of the parcel. We suggest you use a Recorded Delivery Service for you own protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. A refund of goods will be made, or a Credit Note raised, within 14 days of CPU Enterprises receiving the goods back in a suitable condition for reselling.

The cooling off period does not apply to traders, including anyone who put anything in the Company Box during checkout or if you are re-selling the goods in any format.

Please note we cannot accept part orders back. Any items returned which do not comply with the above will be charged a 15% (with a minimum of £1.50) handling and re-stocking fee. We reserve the right not to accept any returns after the 14 days. No returns will be accepted without prior contact and agreement. A credit note equal to the cost of the returned goods, minus any fees, will be raised for use on your next order. We will email you with more instructions.

CPU Enterprises take the utmost care in ensuring you get what you order. If however any items received are not what was ordered you must notify us by filling in the Contact Form within 7 days of receipt.

All content of the website, including pictures, are subject to copyright - please do not breach this by copying any part without permission. All pictures and text contain copyright markers which may be visible, hidden and/or digital. We make sure the pictures of items shown on the website are as accurate as possible, however the colours you see will depend upon your monitor, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colours correctly.
