Postage Costs & Delivery

All orders will incur a postage and packing cost of £3.80 (UK only).

We are not able to send any parcel outside the Mainland UK at the moment. If you are in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands please contact us for more information.

We will notify you as soon as possible if we are out of stock and give you the choice of waiting for the whole order or cancelling the whole order and re-ordering. We are unable to send part orders.

Orders are usually processed and posted within a maximum of 3 working days (subject to stock availability). We currently have two Royal Mail pickups per week - Tuesdays and Fridays - however you would need to order before 1.30pm on those days for your parcel to be posted on that day. Please note this may be extended during certain periods and are noted on our Opening Hours page.

The time taken for delivery after we send your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail. UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should get to you within a couple of working days after we post it. We will email you the tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail website on the day your parcel is picked up by Royal Mail.
