Prices of items on the website are subject to change. Full payment, including P&P, is required with all orders. All prices include UK VAT. There is no minimum order. All order must go through the Secure Internet Shopping Basket, we are unable to accept Telephone, emailed or Posted orders. Card details can be phoned through, during the times shown in the Shopping Basket, after you have ordered via the Shopping Basket - please do not leave your card details on our answering service, please do not email your card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Postage Costs & Delivery
All orders will incur a postage and packing cost which is calculated by the Shopping Basket automatically and is determined by the weight of the items. There is a minimum Delivery cost of of £2.65 (UK only).
We will notify you as soon as possible if we are out of stock and give you the choice of waiting for the whole order or cancelling the whole order and re-ordering. We are unable to send part orders.
Orders are usually processed and posted within a maximum of 3 working days (subject to stock availability). The days noted in the Shopping Basket are the days we get a Royal Mail pickup but you would need to order before 1.30pm on those days for your parcel to be posted on that day. Please note this may be extended during certain periods which are usually noted in the Shopping Basket.
The time taken for delivery after we send your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail. Most UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail Second Class and should get to you within a couple of working days after we post it. Larger UK parcels (over 2kg) may be sent by First Class or may be sent in two separate Second Class parcels at our discretion, however P+P would only be charged once. We will let you know which when we email you to say the parcel has been posted. UK parcels include a number which you can use to to check the delivery of your parcel on the Royal Mail Website which we can email you on request.
Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted unless we are notified within 30 days of the order sent date. We are then in the Hands of the Royal Mail Lost Parcel System - please check out the Royal Mail website for more information on this. If the parcel is returned to us as 'non-deliverable' we will charge postage at cost to us to re-send the parcel. Please check at your local Royal Mail sorting office if your order is more than a few days late. Undeliverable parcels are usually held there for a couple of weeks before sending back to us. Royal Mail should leave a card if they try to deliver while you are out but do not rely on this. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in the post. Most items are sent by Royal Mail - there is a claim form for damaged goods on their website.
We will email you to say your parcel has been sent so please keep an eye out for it. You can also see when we have posted it via your account which you can get to using the link in your email receipt.
If you know you will not be at home (working, holiday, etc.) we can send your parcel to a different delivery address to your Card Holders address. However if your delivery address is different to the Card Holders Address you will need to tick the box in the shopping basket to add your Card Holder Address to the Shopping Basket. We take Card Payments using Square and they now ask for the Card Holders Address for Security Checks. The Card Holders Address cannot be a PO Box, if you wish your parcel to be sent to a PO Box you must tick the box and add your actual physical address to the shopping basket.
Please Note - We are not able to give your local Royal Mail Postman instructions on what to do with the parcel if you are not at home. However you could contact your local Royal Mail Office to see if they offer a Safe Parcel Scheme in your area.

If you wish to use any of images or copy from any CPU Enterprise websites you can buy a licence from CPU Enterprises at the email address below.
